A musical show based on vocal and instrumental excerpts by J.S. Bach, H. Purcell, L. Beethoven, F. Chopin, P. Tchaikovsky, S. Rachmaninov, G. Gershwin, L. Berstein, jazz improvisations and Russian folk tunes performed by students, winners of international competitions alongside with famous musicians, teachers and special guests of the "Musica Nova" Academy.

Programme

6:00pmReception
6:30pm – 7:45pm Performances by students of "Musica Nova" Academy. Vocal, piano, strings, guitar, harp as well as woodwind: clarinet and saxophone departments. Grades 1 - 8
7:45pm – 8:00pm Entr'acte.
8:00pm – 9:00pm Concert with participation of students: laureates of national and international competitions and teachers.

Teachers

Evgenia Terentieva (vocal, piano) - Professor, Winner of International Competitions and Awards, founder and principal of the "Musica Nova" Academy.

Yuri Verevkine (vocal, piano, guitar) - Winner of International Competitions in the UK and Russia.

Leonardo Di Lorenzo (guitar, composition) - Famous composer and guitarist. Has been recently chosen by guitar maker Godin to be one of their endorsee artists, appearing in Godin's international artist list next to names such as Al DiMeola, Brian May, Paco de Lucia and others.

Also Julia Dovgiallo (violin), Natalia Varkentin (violin, viola), Hannah Brain (violin), Vladislav Rubanov (piano), Anna Rubanov (piano), Peggy Guliegmino (harp), Oleg Lapidus (clarinet, saxophone)
