Dates of term
For the year 2009/2010 Russian-British Music Academy follows a 32-week school.
- Autumn Term (Term I) runs from 10 September, 2008 through 3 December, 2008 for 11 weeks.
- Spring Term (Term II) starts on the 7 January, 2009 through 4 April, 2009 for 11 weeks.
- Summer Term (Term III) runs from 20 April, 2009 through 11 July, 2009 for 11 weeks.
Examinations
Although no special emphasis is placed on grade examinations we support and encourage those students who have undertaken a Certificate Programme. Our system is based on termly progress reports and assessments. Upon successful completion of the course the student is issued with the certificate of studies at "Musica Nova" Russian-British Music Academy.
Public performances
We offer an extended opportunity for our students to take part in internal and external concert events, competitions and various show productions. All students, except those in their first year of the "Music Wonderland" Programme, are expected to give 4 - 5 performances every year.
