Musica Nova offers the Certificate Programme for those dedicated musicians interested in a more intense educational experience.
The Certificate Programme curriculum compliments private tuition and includes:
*First study instrument (individual tuition) - minimum 45 minutes (see private tuition)
*Musicianship class:
The aural and historical studies (group tuition) - 90 minutes with an interval
*Choir/ensemble - 45 minutes
The Programme also offers:
- A graded series of repertoire
- Annual evaluations in performance and music theory
- Special workshops with well-known musicians
- An annual awards concert
In order to gain the best possible benefit from the tuition offered, the students are expected to devote a considerable amount of time each week to practice.
It would be advisable to undertake the Second study instrument, but not compulsory. The duration of the lesson is 30 minutes. Please contact us for more details.
