We are proud of outstanding results our students have achieved in the music field. It is our mission to provide a vital encouragement to young people, who are in need of the support.
We have a number of exceptionally talented promising students 8 – 15 years old on the following disciplines: vocal, piano and violin.
Unfortunately the personal circumstances of some of the students limit their chances of getting the best tuition and of their talents being acknowledged and fostered. This students are a one parent family and/ or on income support. Although the academy is making its best endeavours to allocate at least two scholarships per term, the educational process as well as nourishment and development of an individual talent of the student require much more time and involvement from our teachers than the existing educational curriculum can offer. Each term at the academy lasts 11 weeks and costs ?1500, which includes per week 4 hours of individual tuition, 1and a half hours class in theory, solfa and music history, 45 minutes of ensemble class.
BURSARIES Fees, as small as ?30 a month, will secure a place at the academy and the competition for this funding is intense.
You can sponsor those talents by taking the annual membership (?360 a year) or becoming a corporate sponsor. Our members are invited to all concert events organised and promoted by the academy. After concert receptions are also specially designed and organised exclusively for the sponsors and Patrons of the academy. On becoming a Patron of Musica Nova you will receive a special memorable pack with details of the pupil you are sponsoring.
As means of fundraising at the academy we provide all types of music entertainment. Senior students alongside with professional musicians and teachers of the academy may be engaged for any special occasion that requires piano music, opera and jazz/pop singing, guitar, violin and ensemble playing. We also offer a fantastic opportunity to experience a music spirit of Russia. The Russian theme evening encompasses traditional folk music and famous Russian romances accompanied by the guitar or violin and piano.
If you would like to discuss any of the above mentioned opportunities please contact us on 0207 833 0502 or e-mail us on info@musicanova.org.uk
